Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect the following, depending on how you use the Service:

• Account details from Google sign-in: email address, name, and profile photo, plus an account id we assign
• The app names, store links, and searches you submit so we can return insights
• Credit balance, subscription status, and order records (plan or credit pack, amount, currency, and payment status)
• Messages you send us, including cancellation, refund, and data-deletion requests
• Device or app identifiers on the Android app, where needed to provide the app
• Basic website analytics, such as pages visited, through Umami

Public store data shown in an insight comes from third-party sources. We keep the query long enough to show the result and to remember apps you have already opened.

2. Payments

Card payments and other checkout methods are processed by Waffo. When you pay, Waffo collects the payment details needed to charge you, such as card number, expiry, security code, and cardholder name. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. We receive the payment result, amount, currency, and an order reference so we can add Pro or credits and handle refunds.

Waffo’s own privacy policy applies to the information you enter on the Waffo checkout page.

3. How we use information

We use this information to:

• Operate search, summaries, and full insights
• Create and secure your account
• Sell, renew, and cancel Pro, and deliver credit packs
• Respond to support, refund, and deletion requests
• Prevent abuse and keep the Service reliable

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

We share information with:

• Waffo, to process payments and refunds
• Google, when you choose Google sign-in
• Umami, for aggregated website analytics
• Infrastructure providers that host the Service

We also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the Service and its users.

5. Retention and security

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is open and for the period we need to meet tax, accounting, and dispute obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect data in transit and at rest.

6. Data deletion

You may request deletion of your account data on the data deletion page. Use the email address on your Google account. An Android User ID is optional and helps us match an older app-only account. We may retain billing records where the law requires us to keep them.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, or the higher age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe we have, and we will delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after the update means you accept the revised policy.
