Terms of Use

1. The Service

Applilens is a digital analytics tool for public App Store and Google Play data. You can search by app name or paste a store link to view summaries and full insights, including downloads, revenue estimates, ratings, reviews, competitors, in-app purchases, and version history.

Store figures are collected from third parties and may be estimated or delayed. They are for reference only and are not a guarantee of another company’s results. We do not sell physical goods.

2. Accounts

Web checkout uses a Google account. You must provide a reachable email address and keep the account under your control. New Google accounts receive 3 credits. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Credits and free use

One credit opens one new full insight. These actions do not spend a credit:

• Browsing the home lists
• Search
• App summaries
• Opening an app that is already in your history

If your balance is zero and you do not have an active Pro subscription, a new full insight is not returned. Purchased credits stay on the account. They are not spent while Pro is active, and they are not deleted when Pro ends.

4. Pro subscriptions

Pro is a recurring digital subscription billed in USD. The current prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay: Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly. Both plans include the same features: unlimited full insights during the paid period, including downloads, revenue, reviews, competitors, in-app purchases, and version history.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize Waffo, our payment processor, to charge the payment method on file for each renewal. Taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout and added to the amount due.

You can cancel at any time by emailing service@applilens.com from the Google account email on the subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. The steps are in the Refund and cancellation policy.

5. Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The price you pay is the USD amount shown on the pricing card and on the Waffo checkout page. Credits are added after the payment is confirmed. The same order is credited only once.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Waffo. We do not store your full card number or card security code. A purchase is complete when Waffo confirms it. Returning to this website from checkout does not, by itself, add Pro or credits.

7. Refunds

Refunds and cancellation follow the Refund and cancellation policy. Where a mandatory consumer law gives you a stronger right, that law applies.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data as a competing dataset
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or third-party services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. Third-party store data remains subject to the rights of its sources. You may not copy or resell the Service except as these Terms or applicable law allow.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes the account, usage, and payment information we process.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Changes and termination

We may update the Service or these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when the Terms change. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your data on the data deletion page.
